The purpose of this circuit is to provide protection for RF components from power supply shut down or failure. In a high power RF amplifier more than 1 power supply is often required to supply DC power to the RF pallets. If 1 power supply shuts down while others continue to operate then damage to the output combiners and pallets is likely. This power supply controler will shut down all of the power supplies if 1 supply fails.
