In order to protect our customers and end users, Broadcast Concepts Inc carefully controls the sales and distribution of its components. Broadcast Concepts Inc component products can only be purchased directly from Broadcast Concepts Inc or from an intermediary (distributor company) specified by the OEM customer. Products purchased through any other supply chain must be considered as possibly counterfeit. Further, only customers who purchase through the above-listed channels can receive technical support, warranty coverage and replacement for returned goods. If you have received defective, counterfeit, obsolete, remarked or repackaged products, please contact the merchant who sold them. By purchasing only through Broadcast Concepts Inc. authorized channels, you are sure of getting:

· Factory-fresh products in the original packaging

· Complete traceability including RoHS and country of origin information when applicable.

· Certificates of Compliance when requested

· Components guaranteed to meet Broadcast Concepts Inc performance specifications

· Products manufactured using only items purchased from Original Component Manufacturers or Authorized Distributors with full traceability
