Note: This page is under construction and may contain broken links. Due to increasing pricing and lead-times from MACOM we have discontinued the MRF136 Driver. The BLF244 is the closest replacement. The BLF244 has more gain than the MRF136. The MRF136 had only 11dB gain and could easily handle 1 watt input drive. The BLF244 has more gain and it will be damaged from 1 watt input. Care should be taken if the BLF244 is being used with a 1 watt FM transmitter to protect from overdrive.
