P1dB is an after-market manufacturer of RF power devices. There are several companies manufacturing after-market parts; however, P1dB offers the best performance. The P1dB replacement parts can be dropped into our amplifier circuits and they work perfectly without any circuit re-tuning. These parts outperform the originals in ruggedness. The original BLF177 drain-source max rating is 125V. The P1dB is 170V.
Original NXP/Ampleon BLF177's are no longer available. P1dB is the best and only option.
